Private legal firm registration

Victoria Legal Aid (“VLA”) requires Service Provider Organisations to register to use ATLAS. This will enable your firm to conduct all dealings with VLA electronically, rather than using a paper-based format.

If you have not already concluded a Recipient Created Tax Invoice ("RCTI") Agreement with VLA, please download a copy of the agreement (new window) (PDF – 455 kB) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the form.

You will also need to complete a System Administrator Nomination Form (new window) (PDF – 12.7 kB). This document should be copied onto your firm’s letterhead, signed, and emailed to

To register, complete the form, and select Finish.

A confirmation page will appear and we will send an email to you immediately confirming that we have received your application. We will then process your application and advise you when you are able to start using ATLAS.
